Ed Ruscha just rocked my world

This guy is a mad genius, learning rocket science in his mom’s basement sort of guy. WHO IS STYRENE? Art doesn’t just come up by happenstance, someone, Ed Ruscha, had to think it up, and put it on canvas. Ruscha and his artwork are a testament to human nature: the art is chaotic, puzzling, made of wonky materials, yet, beautiful. It implements facets of civilization that many of us may see as drab or dull, and breathes new life into it. Apartment buildings are so boring is what I would and probably have said, but man did Ed Ruscha rock my world. The lesson that I take from Ruscha is that there is beauty in everything, it’s just up to us to see it.
